Children receive a better understanding of mind body awareness with some basic stretches, anatomy and breathing techniques in yoga class at The Klub Gymnastics. This can help children grow consciously aware of how they are moving, breathing and feeling on a day to day basis.
Our yoga program is for children ages 4 and up and we also offer parent and child yoga classes.
